  • Risk for Love

It is worth taking a risk for love.

This is probably going to be one of the most interesting periods for relationships in a long time. As you probably know, men are from Mars and women from Venus, and this Valentine’s Day both Mars and Venus are close to each other in the sign of Pisces.

This makes for dreams and disappointments in love, not least because Neptune and Chiron are also in Pisces, suggesting that lovers may be more overwhelmed by their struggles than believing in the reality of a relationship.

But, but, but… Venus is catching up with Mars, and on Friday 20th February they conjoin – exactly as they move, simultaneously, from Pisces into dynamic Aries. And when Mars and Venus conjoin, well…

You have to go back eight years before a similar occurrence. Suddenly there is action and dreams become reality, and with both planets in Aries harmonious to Saturn, there is a good chance of a long-term relationship.

Mars rules Aries, and Venus finds herself in exile – and this indicates that a relationship will be dominated by the person associated with Mars, and that will normally, but not always, be the man. Still, exciting and passionate times are ahead for anyone who embarks on a relationship at this time. Expect upheavals and excitement – but there is no chance that you will be bored!
